Quality care at Pasadena Day Nursery for Child Development can only exist through the teachers who care for the children and families in each program. Therefore, PDN is committed to seeking out, hiring, and maintaining a qualified staff which exceeds the educational and experiential requirements of Title 22 licensing.
Staff at PDN are involved in ongoing professional development through college courses, on-site in-service training, conferences and workshops within the field of early childhood education.
Pasadena Day Nursery serves as a training center for students of child development. Parents will be informed when volunteering adults are involved in programs.
Consisting of present and past PDN parents and community members, the Board is responsible for the overall governing of PDN. Members are dedicated to the well being of facility. A main focus of the board is on fund-raising which supplements all aspects of the program.
